Is it illegal to have a squirrel monkey or marmoset monkey in Albuquerque, nm?

I was wondering if it is illegal to privately own a primate, Like a squirrel monkey or a marmoset in Albuquerque, New Mexico?? Please let me know I tried looking for an answer already but I cant seem to find any.... Thank you
